Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to addresses within Europe. Delivery times vary depending on location and product availability.
Estimated delivery times are:
Domestic (within Germany): 14 days
EU countries: 14 – 28 days

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
As a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
Inform us at info@my-tikkun.de within 14 days of delivery.
Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
